Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in digital advertising with at least 3-5 years of experience working with publishers.
  • A proven background in Video or TV would be beneficial. Understanding of online video industry and business models (ad-supported in particular)
  • Experience building and managing relationships with publishers and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology, including SSP, DSP, media, marketer, and agency business models.
  • Fast learner with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical contacts.
  • Passion for customer success and track record of happy, growing customers
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts with various sizes and priority levels.
  • English and French required, with another regional language as a plus (i.e., Italian, German, Spanish, etc.). Fast-learner, committed to being an expert in both FreeWheel’s businesses and the markets of customers and prospects
  • Willingness to travel and to be available for calls in different time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new clients and expand FreeWheel’s footprint across all business lines.
  • Leverage synergies with other Comcast entities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Help build the FreeWheel media business across the region through partnerships.
  • Define and execute a plan to grow FreeWheel’s business by setting clear priorities and objectives.
  • Understand each customer's business and build strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate with Global Client Services and international teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point to resolve priority issues.
  • Use and expand synergies between FreeWheel’s various business lines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at executive and operational levels.
  • Foster continuous dialogue with senior external and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and demonstrate the value of FreeWheel's solutions and services.
  • Be the voice of the region and of the customers within FreeWheel.
  • Build relationships with publishers to understand their needs from SSP platforms in terms of inventory performances and overall supply KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the buy side account strategy and spend growth to drive expansion opportunities.
  • Work with the Inventory Monetization specialists and publisher account team to help identify revenue and monetization opportunities in Southern Europe.
  • Participate in the Monitoring of the performance and work to provide solutions to adapt publisher configurations and offerings through FreeWheel platforms.
  • Track and evaluate metrics across publisher sites, as well as analyse metrics to determine overall trends.
  • Demonstrate competency in video advertising and programmatic products.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of all communications and marketing activities across the region.
  • Be a thought leader by speaking at industry forums, publishing articles and taking part in IAB events.
