  • 6–8 years of experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams.

  • Microsoft certifications such as MS‑700 or MS‑720 preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as one of Visa’s lead Microsoft Teams experts, owning platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, governance, and day‑to‑day service excellence.
  • Design and implement enterprise Teams policies, configuration standards, lifecycle management processes, and best‑practice governance.
  • Optimize the global Teams experience through monitoring, analytics, incident trend analysis, and direct partnership with Microsoft.
  • Oversee Teams interoperability across Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and other platforms.
  • Lead problem management, root cause analysis, and resolution efforts for complex Teams issues.
  • Partner with Audiovisual, Unified Communications and Enterprise Broadcast engineering teams, ensuring device integration meets modern collaboration standards.
  • Manage guest access, external collaboration, retention, DLP, and compliance capabilities.
  • Collaborate across Security, Network Engineering, Infrastructure, and Collaboration platforms.
  • Drive adoption and change management planning for new Teams features.
  • Maintain platform documentation, operational playbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Participate in Microsoft product previews and roadmap alignment efforts.
  • Accountable for vendor and consultant management, including oversight of service delivery quality, technical alignment, contract performance, and integration of partner capabilities into Visa’s collaboration ecosystem.
  • Direct and coordinate external engineering partners, ensuring architecture, operational processes, and project outcomes align with Visa’s standards and long‑term strategy.
  • Maximize AI and agentic automation opportunities across Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot, Graph‑based automation, workflow intelligence, meeting and communication insights, and next‑generation collaboration agents.
  • Champion AI‑driven optimization, using insights, automation frameworks, and platform telemetry to streamline operations, improve user experience, and elevate enterprise collaboration maturity.
