Requirements
  • Claims Management experience is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in training software and tools; ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
  • Ability to adjust training methods based on diverse learning styles and organizational needs.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate employees towards personal and professional development.

  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for directing claims associates.
  • Managing and improving performance in claims has a significant impact on the profit and growth of the Company.
  • You will review workflow and procedures with other departments and within the Claims Department to recommend procedural changes.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring the claims team follows all state regulations and statutory requirements which can be quite nuanced.
