Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience or related experience building and retaining a dedicated customer base is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time is required.
  • The candidate must be able to build strong customer relationships, overcome objections, understand customer situations, and provide personalized solutions.
  • The candidate must be able to prioritize high-value activities, work independently and autonomously, and stay on task while multitasking in a sometimes chaotic environment.
  • The candidate must maintain clear communication with customers and associates, commit to quality, and deliver on promises.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow ICONIX's Lower Mainland customer base by using professional selling skills to identify customer needs.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to expand business by offering additional goods or services.
  • Source information about clients' businesses to anticipate opportunities to provide products and services.
  • Submit quotes to customers outlining pricing for all required supplies and materials for construction bids.
  • Deliver agreed-upon promises and co-create future growth opportunities.
