Requirements
  • 10+ years of senior commercial leadership (Commercial Director, Head of Commercial, VP Sales, or similar) in technology consulting, enterprise software, or AI/digital transformation services in Spain
  • Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English—written and spoken—with ability to lead client conversations, negotiate, and present at C-level in both languages
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish enterprise market, including commercial culture, procurement dynamics, and decision-making structures within large corporations
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth, winning new business with large enterprises, and building long-term strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills with C-suite engagement experience
  • Strategic and analytical mindset—ability to convert market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial strategies
  • P&L responsibility experience, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing models, and commercial KPIs
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Zartis's commercial strategy in Spain, with a focus on AI transformation opportunities
  • Manage and convert high-potential inbound leads generated through our Anthropic partnership
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion across target verticals
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with large Spanish corporations, multinationals, and public-sector entities
  • Own the full sales cycle, crafting AI-specific value propositions tailored to enterprise client needs
  • Identify market trends, regulatory considerations (EU AI Act, GDPR), and emerging opportunities in generative AI, AI agents, process automation, and intelligent data platforms
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Tech Leadership, and Zartis/Anthropic C-level stakeholders to shape proposals, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and commercial performance metrics for the Spanish market
  • Represent Zartis at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with AI vendors or LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft AI, etc.)
  • Senior network within large Spanish corporates and multinationals (IBEX 35+)
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing commercial or sales teams
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, API-based platforms, or compliance-heavy software development environments
  • Understanding of EU AI Act implications for enterprise clients
