We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate leadership training and development programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for people development and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of leadership training programs and workshops.

• Collaborate with department heads to assess leadership needs and performance gaps.

• Coordinate internal coaching and mentoring initiatives.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of leadership development activities.

• Stay updated with current leadership trends and best practices.

• Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.

• Organize learning resources and track employee progress.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR-related roles.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and development tools is a plus.
