Requirements
  • Four-year college degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience with MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively develop solutions
  • Works well under pressure with shifting priorities/deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work to find solutions independently
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Experience with annuities, individual life insurance, pre-need, or financial services preferred
Responsibilities
  • Create business requirement documentation, product specifications, and product outlines
  • Create test plans for product implementations on multiple platforms
  • Work on development and testing of system builds in support of product implementation efforts
  • Provide support for product training and create process documentation
  • Identify, quantify, and resolve issues for inforce business on all platforms
  • Provide support for sales illustration efforts as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced features in MS Excel
  • Experience with Greenhouse scheduling tool
  • Experience with product implementation in the life and annuity business
  • Experience with Legal, Operations, Actuarial, Technology, Sales, and Marketing
  • Experience with sales illustration efforts
