Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience directly developing email strategy and cadence, with a proven record of deploying successful campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing technologies (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot). Experience with SFMC preferred.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Understanding of email regulations and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows for email campaigns across the customer journey to acquire, convert, and retain subscribers.
  • Create responsive and interactive emails and manage template library.
  • Execute a robust A/B testing strategy for email marketing campaign, including experimentation with subject lines, content layout, CTAs, and segmentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage customer data for personalized email campaigns.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to maintain data integrity and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Monitor and report on key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, list growth, and deliverability.
  • Implement best practices for email production and audience segmentation.
