Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in risk management or underwriting in the CRE space

  • Lead and manage the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Utilize Trepp solutions to develop and implement proof of concepts for new initiatives
  • Act as the link between sales, product, advisory, support and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of risk management in the banking sector and stay abreast of regulatory changes and implications
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with banks and regulators, representing the company's interests and ensuring compliance
