Requirements
- You have proven experience in retail sales or customer service (ideally luxury fashion), ideally with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with the drive and motivation to sustain this
- You have advanced Excel skills to assist with data entry & reporting
- You have deep knowledge of current fashion trends, designers and products, Athlete Industry/Culture and a passion for styling
- You be willing to learn and take on new challenges
- You have the confidence to suggest ideas to improve the customer experience and sales activity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette. A second language is advantageous
- You are an excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach
- You'll be organized and able to meet deadlines
- You'll have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world
Responsibilities
- You will support the division of Athlete Relations with all operational and functional tasks surrounding sales and client relations, also partnering with the Customer Service team to resolve Private Client issues when necessary
- You will assist in weekly meetings with the Head of Athlete Relations, identifying 5 key clients to target each week with individual edits. Additionally, you will create weekly content for all athletes in the Farfetch system
- You will create and deploy email and pdf communications to all athlete clients
- You will creates and maintains curated content calendar and works with Private Client Marketing to incorporate key Farfetch marketing moments into communications for Athlete Relations
- You will support client development initiatives with a focus on experiences with key brands and partners, working closely with the Commercial team
- You will assist the division of Athlete Relations with external client communication including, but not limited to, sales order support, logistics support, after sales service, as well as designing and organizing editorial content and styling guidance
- You will ensure prompt follow up from events and promotions, aiming to engage and build loyalty
- You will assist the division of Athlete Relations with internal communication including but not limited to communication with partner services, account management, operations and logistics teams
- You will support client engagement activities, to build Athlete Relations customer loyalty e.g. events, styling appointments, shopping experiences, etc
- You will attend brand events as required to aid business development and act as a Farfetch brand ambassador
- You will play an integral role in driving Athlete Relations strategy by providing and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly reporting and developing key client insights
