Newfold Digital is seeking a Sr.IT Project Manager who will have primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the projects they are assigned.

As the Sr IT Project Manager you will beresponsible foridentifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project.This position reports to the Sr Manager, IT Project Management Office.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Manages and provides leadership for the delivery of highly complex projects, including those involving AI and machine learning technologies.

Able to manage multiple large to medium size projectssimultaneously.

As part of the IT PMO Team, you will play a key rolein providing support, guidance and input on the project management processes, standards, deliverables and operational cadence necessary to ensure consistent project execution.

Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement and recommend and implement solutions, particularly in the context of AI-driven projects.

Work with the project teams to develop the scope,schedule, and conditions of satisfaction for a project, while scheduling resources, monitoring task completion, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for business stakeholders

Provide leadership to both the IT and business organizations to ensure that the appropriate processes are followed, and deliverables produced.

Provide guidance to project teams on risk mitigation. This includes identification of risks and impacts, communication to the stakeholders on the tradeoffs to drive quick decisions to keep the project moving forward.

Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the project delivers the agreed upon scope within its budget and time constraints, and stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.

May directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end and play a role coaching and mentoring team members.

Manage project scope and deliverables through change management process to ensure customer expectations are met.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related field, preferred.

7+ years of hands-on experience managing medium to high complex IT projects with extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms, including AI and machine learning technologies.

Extensive knowledge of project management standard, processes, procedures and guidelines.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization.

Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team members.

Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills.

Proven Leadership and effective decision-making capabilities.

Experience with supporting, leadingand managing IT teams.

Proven project management experience managing multiple projects in complex environments.

Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects.

Vendor implementation experience.

Strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).

Proficient with Project Management tools.

Knowledge of PMI project management standards and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or equivalent methodology.

PMP Certification, preferred.
