Requirements
  • 2-5 years of operations/implementation or project management experience in either 1) early stage tech company operations, 2) med-surg supplier/GPO contracts, 3) Sales for a med-surg supplier or GPO, or something similar
  • You’re highly organized, can execute a pre-existing playbook, and have the discretion to know when to change the playbook
  • You’re a wizard in Excel/Sheets
  • You’re quick on your feet
  • You have an unmatched standard of excellence and urgency to deliver.
Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers into Grapevine’s procurement platform
  • Build new tools and reports in Excel/Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes
  • Project management and streamlining operations through conducting analyses and creating playbooks that will continue to improve outcomes.

Grapevine Technologies provides a SaaS platform for healthcare distributors to manage operations. The platform centralizes inventory, order fulfillment, analytics, and sales management in one cloud system, and supports uploading and sharing inventory and collaboration via company profiles. It is subscription-based. The goal is to modernize healthcare distribution by offering an integrated, easy-to-use tool that improves efficiency and helps distributors grow.
