Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow engineering talent
  • Solid technical background in modern web technologies and scalable architectures
  • Ability to review technical designs, contribute to architectural decisions, and guide engineers while allowing them autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
  • Track record of successfully hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing engineers
  • Passion for building a strong engineering culture that values innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning
Responsibilities
  • Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent in a competitive edtech landscape
  • Implement career development plans and performance reviews to support engineers’ growth
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration
  • Drive scalable architecture to handle increased user adoption across universities and schools
  • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to define and execute the Campus Roadmap
  • Improve platform stability and performance, ensuring a seamless experience for students, educators, and administrators

  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, or modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
