  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years experience in the insurance industry or related experience required
  • Prior implementation of large complex accounts preferred
  • Possesses a dynamic leadership and relationship-building mindset
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of internal and client leadership
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Ability to travel and attend client meetings, meetings as necessary and during peak seasons
  • Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, gains understanding

Responsibilities
  • Provides strategy, leadership, and ownership of the client implementation work at Centivo
  • Prioritizes client requirements and needs and communicate priorities to senior leadership
  • Chair pre-sale case reviews to determine client needs, inform sales, IT and client solutions regarding work effort to meet client request and draft initial implementation plan to reflect key milestones and ideal implementation timeline
  • Focuses on process improvement and scalable solutions
  • Creates and coaches a high-performing team
  • Manage key implementations directly, as needed
  • Conduct assessment of customer needs, explain the product features and functionality and how it relates to the business
  • Advocates for client needs and struggles by providing feedback to internal partners
  • Provides regular updates to Leadership, Client and stakeholders on the status of client implementations and reasons for delay or missed milestones
  • Builds and maintains excellent client relationships
  • Works cross functionally within Centivo and externally to execute operational and technical implementation plans
  • Troubleshoots key customer implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution
  • Develops, plans, and organizes cross functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals
  • Manages implementation and full project life cycle of sales for new customers and strategic client initiatives
  • Collaborates with Account Manager, 3rd party vendors, and brokers
  • Team develops overall implementation timeline and customizes implementation in order to meet client requirements
  • Prepares reports/documents for internal and external presentations
  • Provides and/or coordinates appropriate system demonstrations and training
