Responsibilities
  • Regular contact with the client to deliver and shape consulting work
  • Identifying social media trends and guiding resulting briefs and consulting work
  • Keeping on top of the latest platform innovations to educate internal & external partners and clients
  • Being a deep practitioner of social platforms
  • Supporting the PR team with case studies and breaking news updates
  • Devising and selling-through incremental opportunities for clients
  • Collaborating with other departments as one close, collaborative team
  • Partnering with Account Director to drive the overall account health of client engagements
  • Owning work and being proactive
  • Working closely with the wider Account, Strategy, Media and Creative leads
  • Feeding into the identification of key culture, trends, moments or pop culture
  • Driving more junior client relations to ensure they feel heard in the process
  • Working in an iterative and non-hierarchical way
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience of working closely with community and project managers
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
  • Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements
