Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with government contracting
  • Experience with using the Deltek Costpoint project module for project setup
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a focus on high professional standards, strong follow-up, and successful project execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
  • Ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities
  • Perform setup and maintenance of contracts in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements in our Costpoint accounting system.
  • Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines to ensure service levels are met.
  • Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
  • Participate in contract kick-off meetings.
  • Work closely with Contract Administrators, Project Control and Program Managers to solve set-up challenges.
  • Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
