As a Financial Services Collections Intern at Navan, you’ll have the opportunity to fly the plane from the start. You’ll solve real, challenging problems from start to finish with the support of a dedicated mentor and manager. You’ll also participate in exclusive leadership lunch & learns, learn from the company in weekly all-hands meetings, and have the opportunity to network with cross-functional teams through our buddy matching program. Navan is looking for a collections intern who will be working with future leaders and top performers. This role will allow you to develop skills and learn a playbook that you can use for the rest of your career. What You’ll Do:

• Work with aging report and highlight potential collection risks
• Sending supporting documents 
• Become knowledgeable of collection procedures
• Correspondence with customers and stakeholders via Salesforce
• Support on daily workflows 
• Netsuite for account information
• Internal communication via Slack
• Provide internal transparency on problematic cases
