Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in brand copywriting at an agency or known brand
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to confidently and clearly present work
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and working on tight timelines
  • A true self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to partner closely with internal teams and external agencies
Responsibilities
  • Manage brand voice, maintain guidelines, and ensure consistency across touch points
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of channels and audiences
  • Manage a small but growing team of in-house copywriters and contractors
  • Support strategy, including concept development, for ongoing and seasonal marketing campaigns across consumer and SMB audiences
  • Partner closely with the Product team to bridge tone of voice gaps between the product experience and brand touchpoints
