Requirements
  • Ph.D., M.S., or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or other quantitative fields.
  • 3+ years of industry experience as an Applied or Data Scientist or equivalent.
  • Experience in experimental design and analysis.
  • Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis and testing, and model development.
  • Experience using Python to work efficiently at scale with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Uncover opportunities to improve ranking and personalization connected to long-term value.
  • Propose, design, and analyze large scale experiments to answer key strategic questions.
  • Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve the product or build new products.
  • Present findings to various constituents: technical, business and executive audiences.
