Requirements
  • BS degree in relevant technical discipline and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
  • Comfortable operating in a Linux environment with a solid fundamental understanding of networking, systems, and software
  • Experience with networked devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare, or machine learning/artificial intelligence systems
  • Excellent customer-facing soft skills and ability to deliver in high-pressure, technical environments
  • Previous experience working in the Defence industry is highly favorable
  • Relevant experience working in industries such as medical, aerospace, or IT are also favorable
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer technical support through phone, email, or in-person communication and thoroughly track these interactions through the JIRA ticketing system
  • Assist customers in optimizing system performance to deliver the best overall experience possible
  • Coordinate escalation with internal engineering teams when necessary
  • Complete customer system installations onsite at customer locations to include physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving radio frequency, IP networking, and/or Linux command line
  • Deliver training courses to customers and partners
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current technology and customer use cases
  • Support customer technical demonstrations
