Responsibilities
  • Acts as the HR Technology and Benefits subject matter expert
  • Designs and implements engaging employee benefits programs
  • Own and administer all total rewards programs
  • Evaluates and modifies current benefits programs
  • Provides ongoing proactive education and communication to employees about their benefits package
  • Drives relationship with Benefits Broker
  • Collaborates with Senior Leadership and Finance
  • Oversee all compensation and equity programs
  • Ensures compliance with regulations
  • Acts as project manager for various HRIS projects
  • Administers and supports employee-qualified leave of absence programs
  • Serves as the backup for benefits, leave of absence, and personnel change processing
  • Contributes to other initiatives across the people team and company
