Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Executive Team Members with planning domestic and international travel

  • Organize and structure information for internal and external communications
  • Assist executives in coordinating projects across departments
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and manage executive-level communications
  • Ensure all information is handled with discretion and confidentiality
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all forms of communication
  • Maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System
  • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies
