  • Proven experience (5+ years) in leading a Customer Value Management (CVM) function
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies and programs
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing best-in-class capabilities for a B2C business
  • Results-oriented mindset and data and analytics fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Responsibilities
  • Develop the Customer Value Management strategy and design the roadmap
  • Lead the marketing team for campaigns and execution through various channels

  • Drive internal mastery of customer data and analytics for data-driven decision making
