Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics or any related field. Able to start in Feb/Mar 2024 onwards
  • Good knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Python or Tableau or any relevant data analytical tools & program
  • Demonstrated capabilities in driving results in the right way, problem-solving and analytics, end-to-end thinking, clear and effective communication, dealing with ambiguity and flexibility/adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Ability to well engagement with cross functional stakeholders & executive leaders with proper influencing skills
  • Thrive under pressure, adaptable to change in a dynamic environment
  • Good time management and team player
Responsibilities
  • Daily identify Large Order opportunity thru SalesForce, other forecast reports or touch base with Sales, product Brands Manager
  • Timely communicate with sales team on all voices from Supply Chain Planning which need sales team to be attention, particularly on“To Sell To Avoid product” “VALV” and WW constrain parts
  • Driving regional Large Order compliance % improvement and bring earlier signal on potential demand to be downloaded to supply chain planning
  • Assist sales team by providing necessary supply chain information like product Lead time/inventory status etc. to support sales win the bidding
  • Manage key top large order pipeline by co-working with sales and cross-functional supply chain team and maximize the material supportability from supply chain to sales/customers
