As a QA Manager, you will work closely with teams of friendly, dedicated and smart individuals across various departments, such as Product Management, Design, Engineering, Release Management, DevOps, IT, Marketing and Customer Support to understand the product vision and ensure our mobile and web applications and backend services meet and exceed the highest quality industry standards. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of your supported product portfolio by ensuring that proper QA processes, effective planning, and timely execution are adhered to for all releases. In addition, you will be responsible for setting the QA team’s technical vision, roadmap as well as developing and tracking project schedules. You will also be responsible for improving world-class automation and manual testing strategies, so you are encouraged to develop new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement. Lastly, as a QA Team Lead / Manager, we want you to be challenged to build a high-performing QA team responsible for their career progression, journeys and performance appraisals.
