Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7-10 years preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  • Auto technology experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of what it takes to market a product from inception to market.
  • Knowledge of SaaS performance metrics (Churn CAC, Lifetime Valuez)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of Digital Advertising strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategy and evolution of Lotlinx’s core product portfolio to ensure a strong product/market fit.
  • Evolve a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Partner with the Lotlinx sales and support teams to develop opportunity pipelines, support pre-sales efforts, and facilitate delivery of high impact solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Services teams providing business direction and oversight for development of world class products and services.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by orchestrating client-centric approaches, leveraging client feedback to refine solutions, while fostering enduring client relationships that result in high value, long term strategic business partnerships.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Provide acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop buyer personas.
  • Serve as the market knowledgeable specialist and trusted advisor with senior leadership.
  • Have intimate knowledge of the competitive landscape. Provide tools for the sales and marketing teams to overcome objections.
