  • Have 3+ years of experience hiring Software Engineers or Product Managers
  • Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
  • Understand how to partner with Eng Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
  • Have deep knowledge on the EPD market and an expansive network within it
  • Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
  • Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
