  • SAP BASIS support experience in a large-sized SAP environment
  • SAP production support on AIX and DB2, HA environment is must
  • Strong knowledge in ECC, BI and Process Integration, Portals, GRC, Solution Manager, Good knowledge in System Landscape Directory (SLD) / System Maintenance Diploma (SMD) / Wily monitoring tools and, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Business Objects (BOBJ) is required
  • Strong knowledge in Solution Manager – Charm, CTS+, Service desk, Service Reporting, Change and Configuration Management System (CCMS) and End-to-End performance monitoring
  • Ability to analyze performance issues with SAP ABAP code (such as analyzing long-running SQL or reports in SAP)
  • Knowledgeable with SAP Business Objects Data Warehouse tool, TDMS, BWA, HA and SAP Banking Service is plus
  • Good communication and documentation skills and availability to work with large team
  • Support Month End, On-calls, should be able to support weekend support and long hours
  • Ability to lead the project efforts and plan tasks independently
