Job Overview:

As a Security and Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring and maintaining the company’s array of information security tools. You will work closely with our IT operations and security teams to ensure the tools are adequately protecting the company’s systems, and identifying and investigating security events. This role will also be responsible for compiling and submitting evidence of our security controls to external auditors as required. This role reports to the Senior Security and Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with our automated log monitoring tools and partners to identify potential incidents in our information systems.
Vulnerability detection and management using automated tools combined with keeping up with alerts from our various hardware and software vendors and other security organizations.
Work with members of the IT operations team to validate that EDR and patch management tools are working and remain effective for our systems.
Participate in various security audits including PCI-DSS, PCI-SSF, SSAE and SOX .
Contribute to risk analysis exercises
As a member of the security incident response team, be prepared to deal with cyber security incidents.
Stay up to date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure that our security processes are effective and up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Operation with a focus on cybersecurity.

Experience with compliance audits

Familiarity with security tools like Carbon Black, Tanium and qRadar.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
