Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the regional office, including office layout, supplies management, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and equipment.
  • Manage office budget, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and transportation.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Enhance the overall employee experience by creating a welcoming and engaging workplace atmosphere.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to office services and facilities.
  • Implement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Facilities and HR teams to align office operations with company policies and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to provide updates on office-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the office.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and training.
