Responsibilities
  • Lead and achieve channel recruitment, sales targets and growth
  • Identify, communicate, and jointly develop a plan to address sales & revenue trends as needed with Federal channel partners and FSIs
  • Actively research and pursue potential strategic partners
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to target companies and solutions that align with Exiger’s value proposition
  • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies for each new partnership that align with Exiger’s business goals and ensure successful implementation
  • Work closely with sales, business development, marketing, account and product teams to ensure successful partner integration and market launch
  • Generate awareness and enthusiasm among partner sales and engineering teams
  • Develop and drive incentive programs to scale pipeline build and accelerate closing business through partners
  • Learn the value proposition of Exiger’s technology-enabled solutions and effectively position with knowledge of a target’s biggest risk priorities
  • Develop relationships across the business to support the overall mission of Exiger
  • Commit to a mindset of delivering excellence through continuous improvement
  • Utilize CRM tools actively to manage leads, campaigns, and pipeline
  • Learn elements of competitive products and effectively sell against them
  • Own responsibility for progress to plan, pipeline value, and personal conduct
