Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise renewals, sales, account management, or equivalent quota-carrying, customer facing role, preferably in a software or cloud/SaaS market.
  • Proven history of developing and maintaining sales momentum, in addition to achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Comfort and desire in negotiating complex, enterprise ($1M+) license agreements.
  • Ability to close deals with a high degree of integrity and independence, exercising good judgment throughout.
  • Ability to communicate to internal and customer executive leadership up to the c-level
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong listening, oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
  • Ability to withstand frequent and intense pressure as a result of internal and customer demands, and maintain a positive and professional manner throughout
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Team player who enjoys finding ways to help
  • High energy level, enthusiastic, self-motivated, tenacious
  • Proven influencer and negotiator
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent business experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the subscription renewal process, including pricing strategy and negotiations, drive long-term agreements, and maintain and grow Neo4j revenue for a portfolio of customers.
  • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships within the account portfolio.
  • Convey the value proposition for Neo4j products, support, professional services, and customer success offerings.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Architects and Sales Account Executives to develop and execute renewal strategies, improve product adoption, and address churn risk.
  • Actively participate in Identifying and developing account growth opportunities.
  • Develop and present customer proposals consistent with the terms of customer and/or partner agreements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Legal to ensure all contracts align with Neo4j policies.
  • Provide executive management with accurate and realistic forecasts, provide visibility into account developments, and solicit help in a timely manner, as needed, from across the organization, including the executive team.
  • Consistently update customer and renewal data in Neo4j systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with Neo4j product knowledge and competitive positioning in the marketplace.
  • Work on assigned projects and take initiative to advance team operations.
