Develops cell therapies for cancer treatment

- Experience of working with human blood and trained in handling blood-borne pathogens (Hepatitis B vaccinated is preferred).
- Knowledge of immunology and tumor microenvironment.
- Knowledge of cell culture, cell-based assays, flow cytometry is strongly desired.
- Excellent organization skills, good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently on routine assignments and to work cooperatively with senior staff providing key assistance on complex assignment.
- Perform flow data analysis using Flowjo software.
- Computer experience must include familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Learn flow cytometry.
- Learn cell culture.
- Understand the workflow in industry.
- Develop Intracellular phosphorflow of SMAD using TGF-Beta stimulated and unstimulated cell line (SUB-T1 cell line) and donor T cells from whole blood.
- Apply this intracellular assay to the DLL3 drug products and further optimize the assay with an extended flow panel including surface markers (CD3, CD4,and CD8).
