About this role

We’re hiring product-focused backend engineers who are passionate about delivering high quality experiences to the developers and operators that use Airplane. We use Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform. We don’t expect you to have experience in our exact stack, but we do expect strong engineering fundamentals and a strong interest in reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

You’ll work on things like:

• Core features for Airplane’s Tasks and Views products

• The backend for a cloud-based IDE for Airplane users

• Platform features like webhooks, scheduling, and APIs

Nice to have, but not necessary:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Interest and eye for good developer experience and product design

The compensation range for this position is between $150,000 and $210,000 depending on your level of seniority, plus an equity component.
