- Proven ability to work collaboratively balancing the needs of different and potentially conflicting viewpoints to deliver mutually agreeable solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to plan and prioritize multiple workstreams/tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and oral, and experience in communicating to and negotiating with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and with different professional, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Experience in information technology, particularly in information technology infrastructure and information technology infrastructure applications, but also in more general Application Systems Development Lifecycle, Operational Support and Decommissioning.
- Proven ability to deliver proactive, pragmatic Quality Assurance practices and deliverables within projects and services to drive practical yet compliant solutions using a mindset that strives for continuous improvement/simplification while retaining regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of GSK Business Processes.
- Knowledge of Risk Management.
- Knowledge of the industry licensing models, agreements and their application to compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Access, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of asset inventory and asset management systems, specifically for Eracent, I:LA, and Altiris.
- Experience in information technology, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in asset management and software licensing is required.
- Deliver proactive, pragmatic Quality Assurance practices and deliverables within projects and services to drive practical yet compliant solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and with diverse professional, cultural and ethnic backgrounds to align on mutually agreeable solutions.
- Participate in asset inventory and asset management activities, including software licensing governance and audits as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of the industry standard publishers, their product licenses (applications) and an understanding of their licensing agreements.
- Knowledge in technology asset management services, software audits, and license compliance.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively balancing the needs of different and potentially conflicting view-points to deliver mutually agreeable solutions.
