- 15+ years of experience in R&D on Telco-grade products.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Cloud Native, Microservices applications, using Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Consul, Redis, gRPC, Helm, Envoy and Open Source Integration.

- Good working knowledge of MMTEL standards, including GSMA IR.92, IR.94, IR.51 and VOLTE/IMS, SIP in 4G/5G core technologies.
- Own and drive feature enhancements in CNCS across multiple core network network functions such as SBC, TAS, CSCF, MRF.
- Contribute towards all aspects of software life cycle management including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and code reviews, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Analyze critical issues found in customer deployments in detail, identify the root cause and provide solutions with optimal quality.
- Drive CNCS architecture evolution and introduce design/architecture optimizations as required.
- Engage in discussions with customers to understand their requirements, concerns, and identify optimal solutions.
- Participate in process reviews/inspections, workshops, task forces and research groups related to Core technologies.
- Work effectively in a mixed environment and utilize best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
