  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology companies
  • Expertise in financial system applications like Workday, Salesforce, Slack
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proven track record in full cycle collections and payment applications
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and mentor billing team in the US and India
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers in resolving disputes
  • Lead calls with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Implement best practices and process improvements for scaling billing function
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs
  • Optimize team structure and resources for scalable functions
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
