Compensation Overview

As the latest addition to our team, you’ll tackle a broad range of projects critical to our business operations. You will work closely with members of our BizOps and Business Development Teams, including the CEO and COO. This internship offers a holistic view of our business, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and operational excellence. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience across all facets of our operations, working closely with our team to drive forward our objectives through 2024 and beyond.

Tools you are familiar with:

• G-Suite
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Bonus points for Webflow

What you will do:

• Undertake and complete projects specific to business operations. Projects will also expand to other fields like marketing, finance, and sales.
• Assist the marketing team with digital advertising and content execution.
• Help manage finance operations including Accounts Receivables.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Plan and manage team and marketing events.
• Help maintain Explo’s security compliance program.

What are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a business-related field.
• A goal-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of ideas and effective collaboration with team members across different business functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• An eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team on various projects.
• Someone who hustles, is scrappy, and creative. We want you to think of the non-obvious solutions and find ways to test these hypotheses quickly and efficiently. Someone who is excited to execute.
• Knowledge of B2B software products and experience in the analytics / data / BI space is a plus.
