Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience developing or running SaaS and digital marketing/advertising technologies
  • Product management, and customer development experience
  • Experience working in an agile design process with UX
  • Worked with a customer base of enterprise customers
  • Well versed in Agile methodologies and tools and experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Demonstrated skills in gathering detailed requirements, identifying elegant solutions to complex problems, organizing resources, and scheduling risk management
  • Experience crafting multi-quarter roadmaps for phased feature releases, and project management to ensure all deliverables are accounted for
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Responsibilities
  • Build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering - acting as product owner for agile development scrum team
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: engineering, customer success, marketing, sales and executive
  • Work closely with our UX Designers, Marketing and Customer Success teams to integrate usability studies, market analysis and customer research into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Understand Invoca's strategic and competitive positioning, and work to define and deliver the best solutions to craft, and improve our industry-leading position
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategy and vision, while also being able to lead engineers to execute the feature work
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
