NICHOLAS AIR is seeking an outgoing and organized Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Oxford, MS. NICHOLAS AIR's brand presence across all platforms is designed to match the high quality of the company's aircraft and reputation as the most elite private jet company in the industry. The Marketing Coordinator position blends the best of all worlds for those who enjoy luxury marketing and want to perform at the highest level. This position is responsible for NICHOLAS AIR's day-to-day Marketing initiatives, promotional gifting, and social media presence, while working within in the incredibly dynamic industry of private jets. No expense is spared when it comes to having the best tools available for our Marketing team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all inventory within physical and digital inventory systems
- Source promotional items, procure samples, and present to leadership for review.
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Support Marketing leadership with day-to-day tasks
- Assist Event Coordinator with event related shipping, tracking, and packing needs
- Attend in-person events as needed
- Administrative duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in a corporate job setting
- Experience in retail, luxury hospitality, or administrative position preferred
- Experience with project management
- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Tools
- Experience with Shopify a plus
- Experience managing social media platforms a plus
- Ability to work individually with changing priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position must report daily to Oxford, MS; this is not a remote position.
- Must pass background and security checks
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening
- Must have authorization to work in the US
