Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline and four years of recent, related experience.
  • A minimum of four years of recent experience working in a lead role in a complex IT environment supporting, designing, and implementing business applications, including gathering requirements and developing business systems / functional specifications for large custom and/or COTS/SaaS applications.
  • Delivering systems and technology enhancements and maintenance activities within demanding timelines.
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience supporting, evaluating, configuring, and implementing complex COTS/SaaS applications/systems (including M365 applications like Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform).
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and Maintain COTS and SaaS Applications: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions using platforms like SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Teams and other SaaS and COTS. Configure and script solutions, document support models, and manage application lifecycles while staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Support COTS and SAAS applications: Lead the resolution of incidents and service requests, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and support teams. Manage problems and change processes and analyze requirements for new service requests.
  • Oversee technology-related implementation projects: Act as technical lead on medium to large-scale projects, including software upgrades, hardware refreshes and other technology implementations and changes. Also, enterprise initiatives, and cyclical operational projects. Manage project plans, resources, budgets, risks, and quality assurance, and prepare all related documentation and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide Senior business systems analysis: Identify and propose business and process improvements, translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions, and lead requirements gathering and design sessions. Develop documentation, testing strategies, training materials, and support team development and continuous improvement efforts.
