Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business or Information Systems
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or Management consulting
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, generate pivot tables and charts, VLookups, manage large datasets, and automate tasks using macros and VBA programming
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple channels
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and simplification and owning end-to-end implementation supervision; maintain accurate documentation and records of internal Partner processes
  • Collaborating with Partner and Field leadership to identify, develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives to drive revenue growth
  • Drive annual & quarterly Partner GTM execution efforts across business modeling, quota setting, org structure and territory design
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to generate payment reports, identify trends, and provide insights
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Netsuite is a huge plus
