Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum Skills: Agile Project Management, Advanced Enterprise Data Management, Advanced Data Migration, Data Warehouse Tools, Data Visualization.
  • Travel: Semi-frequent travel expected (travel may be required).
Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record system implementation across multiple medical centers.
  • Perform and organize discovery efforts at hospitals and clinics related to End User Devices, interfaced systems, and Data Drops and Power Outlets, and perform post discovery analysis to inform technical scope and requirements.
  • Build an understanding of the client's list of standard capabilities, devices, and interfaces to perform discovery and gap analysis.
  • Support device procurement tracking and logistics, manage relationships with local site IT leaders and other technology/network/engineering groups, and support the technical readiness of a transition to a new EHR.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed, assist with cutover planning and support, and project management of engineering activities.
  • Engage in significant client interaction throughout deployment lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous hospital/clinic assessment experience, familiarity with system interfaces and medical device interfaces, previous Oracle EHR (or similar vendors) is preferred.
  • Oracle Health EHR Coding and Script Development.
