- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in military exercise planning (Joint/Service component preferred)
- Strong understanding of Lead Wing and FE certification requirements
- Experience developing and managing Master Scenario Events List injects
- Familiarity with AFFORGEN process and readiness assessment tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to brief senior leaders and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Lead and support the design and execution of AFRC A7 exercises, ensuring alignment with USAF and AFFORGEN standards
- Develop exercise scenario packages, including objectives, timelines, injects, evaluation criteria, and MSEL
- Oversee and validate injects, ensuring quality and synchronization across the exercise
- Attend and contribute to initial, mid, and final planning conferences, both in-person and virtually
- Provide on-site support during execution as a controller, evaluator, role player, or data collector
- Prepare and deliver daily SITREPs during execution
- Support after-action reviews and deliver AARs, final leadership briefings, and Corrective Action Plans
