Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • Five or more years of prior consulting experience are required.
  • Five or more years of experience leading significant consulting engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations are required.
  • Solid understanding of business processes related to organizational design, business and human resources transformation, and establishing target operating models from an end-to-end business process perspective is required.
  • Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls across end-to-end global business processes and subprocesses, including data and process integration points, policies, and procedures, is required.
  • Ability to work in a transforming environment is required.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, including functional and technical specifications, are required.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies are required.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, including the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, are required.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization is required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks is required.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams using an understanding of group dynamics while driving results is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
  • Analyze and assess current organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of organizational structures and recommend changes to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain the job matrix for all jobs in the organization.
  • Design and recommend organizational models that align with business objectives, promote agility, and improve workflow.
  • Develop role definitions, reporting relationships, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with human resources and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning needs.
  • Ensure new structures support career development, succession planning, and learning and development goals.
  • Create customized change management roadmaps based on project needs and implement change management activities for each project phase.
  • Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Anticipate organizational changes arising from large-scale implementations and determine the required change management and communications interventions.
  • Ensure key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Determine appropriate metrics and measures to help clients measure progress, reinforce behavior, and improve implementation results.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to establish a common understanding of timelines and overlaps.
  • Develop executive-level presentations.
  • Develop readiness and skilling content using multiple modalities based on customer experience best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value.
  • Contribute to internal business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and client groups.
  • Maintain program sites as repositories for project information.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Influence stakeholders toward achieving business goals by understanding how process and system changes may affect upstream and downstream processes and systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to improve existing operational processes and develop new processes and procedures on a regional or global basis as needed.
  • Assist with organizational transformation by building internal process expertise and capabilities.
  • Implement recommended solutions and support business transformation.
  • Perform subject matter research and business analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating and developing client proposals.
  • Support practice development, thought leadership, and people development.

Sia acquires Kaiser Associates to launch global corporate strategy and M&A business line

Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.
