  • 5+ years of sales/business operations experience with a channel organization
  • 2+ years of experience managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools
  • Experience managing processes such as forecasting, territory and quota setting, and data management
  • Experience supporting a global channel-based sales team
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Close attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Experience supporting a channel team through program transition and governance
  • Excellent customer service expertise for internal and external stakeholders
  • Scappy and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Drive global channel sales operations strategy
  • Develop processes, systems reports, and analytics for a high velocity sales organization
  • Build successful, repeatable sales processes and analyze metrics
  • Optimize pipeline management and conversion
  • Manage the loyalty of the channel ecosystem
  • Provide insights into GTM channel plan by region/country
  • Identify opportunities to improve channel sales process through optimization and automation
  • Facilitate implementation and adoption of new processes
  • Develop and action productivity and performance reporting
  • Drive overall effectiveness of channel sales pipeline management
  • Establish reporting methodology and manage business reporting
  • Support annual channel coverage planning
  • Provide input to sales leadership and finance for channel sales compensation
