Responsibilities
  • Drive global channel sales operations strategy
  • Develop processes, systems reports, and analytics for sales organization
  • Work with sales leadership to build successful sales processes
  • Analyze metrics across the customer lifecycle
  • Optimize pipeline management and conversion
  • Manage the loyalty of the channel ecosystem
  • Provide insights into GTM channel plan by region/country
  • Partner with senior sales leadership for process optimization
  • Facilitate implementation of new processes within the channel sales organization
  • Develop and action productivity and performance reporting
  • Drive overall effectiveness of channel sales pipeline management
  • Establish reporting methodology and manage business reporting
  • Support annual channel coverage planning
  • Provide input to sales leadership and finance for channel sales compensation
