Requirements
  • Associate’s degree, or two or more years of banking or merchant services experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service expertise

Responsibilities
  • Initiates welcome calls to new merchant customers
  • Serves as main point of contact for internal partners, merchants, and Elavon partners
  • Acts as liaison between customers and Elavon
  • Ensures merchants and partners are satisfied with level of service from our vendor
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, addresses inquiries on products and services and offers information and technical support concerning credit card processing activities within the Bank’s merchant services portfolio.
  • Supports the VP of Merchant Services by handling merchant inquiries related to software issues, daily deposits, transactional research, settlement reports, month-end statements, and chargebacks.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by delivering requested information and resolutions.
  • Collaborates with team members to resolve customer escalations. Assist merchants completing PCI-DSS Compliance including PCI-DSS troubleshooting, and issue tracking
  • Accomplishes department business objectives
