Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience identifying issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail-focused, results-oriented environment. Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing business and drive Medline and customers' mutual strategic priorities as identified by the Corporate Accounts Team.
  • Review assigned accounts, sell new business to existing accounts, and convert accounts to a higher level.
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by working with National & Regional accounts.
  • Partner directly with the Corporate Account team to help promote sales goals and initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, status, and strategy meetings with the customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Monitor and distribute monthly reports and specialized reports on contracts, programs, and focus areas.
  • Increase the revenue spent per account.
