  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications or a business-related field.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and style.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events such as global town halls, employee recognition programs and community initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Support projects in public relations, branding, social media and graphic design to develop a well-rounded skill set.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to communication strategies.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in team initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the Global Branding & Communications team.
