THE ROLE
Support the execution of internal communication strategies by creating content, assisting with event coordination and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging.
YOUR IMPACT
- Create engaging content: Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and style.
- Event coordination: Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events such as global town halls, employee recognition programs and community initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Explore our other team areas: Support projects in public relations, branding, social media and graphic design to develop a well-rounded skill set.
- Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to communication strategies.
- Adaptability: Perform additional duties and participate in team initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the Global Branding & Communications team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications or a business-related field.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
