Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Wealth team at Mercer. This role can be based in London or Bristol. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are able to consider homeworkers with previous Financial Services experience.
The successful candidate will provide support to Financial Planners and process New Business on behalf of both existing and new clients, who pay regular fees to receive a designated level of service from Mercer Private Wealth (MPW).
We will count on you to:
- Submit New Business across a wide range of providers and platforms, with various product types such as pensions, investments, IHT planning etc to an extremely high standard.
- Liaison with insurers/providers to ensure delivery of information/implementation of our recommendations in appropriate timescales.Monitor insurers/providers performance on behalf of clients and challenge insurer/ provider at higher level to resolve any issues.
- Accurate completion and maintenance of the client database.
- Ad hoc client queries
- Provide a service compliant with Mercer procedures and Code of Professional Conduct.
What you need to have:
- Good numeracy, communication, organisational and planning skills;
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload;
- IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place.
